Ugh. That’s how I feel after I spent over a hundred dollars on groceries for a week’s worth of food. There has to be a better way to save money other than extreme couponing. I did some digging and I found a great way to tame your grocery budget.
How to tame your grocery budget
I have sat down in the past and have compared receipts for shopping trips and I’m appalled at the difference in pricing. It makes me want to pull my hair out sometimes in frustration. The time it takes to price everything out in order to find things for the best bargains is overwhelming.
I guess you would call me a lazy grocery shopper. I don’t like hunting for coupons and I impulse buy occasionally. My husband and I have a very strict monthly budget but sometimes buying groceries gets the best of us. We stick to our list but aren’t always successful.
Well, I discovered a solution to our grocery budget problems! The Grocery Budget Makeover.
This is a 10-week course (yes, I said it, a course to budget your groceries) that helps you get everything under control.
This course teaches you how to:
- reduce your spending
- coupon
- meal plan
- how to score freebies
- and so much more!
It also has some bonuses for food allergy shopping and online grocery shopping. It’s amazing to think there can be so much involved when trimming a budget.
The price of the course isn’t expensive! It really is a great value!
MyFreezeasy
Grocery Budget Makeover also has a simple freezer meal program that helps you customize your menu. It helps you make 10 meals in under an hour. A great tool to help not break the bank.
Something like this is super handy. People like me tend to not have time to sit and figure out each meal. I have done meal planning in the past and let me tell you, it is no easy feat when you go in blind. I really wish I had a guide to help me figure out a cheaper alternative and freezer options.
Let me know if you signed up for the course or freezeasy. I’m always interested to see what other people think when they are able to save money. I hope this helps you tame your grocery budget!
